## Compensation Analyst* Supports the continued implementation of compensation strategies that support the organization's business objectives, market competitiveness and employee engagement* Leads compensation related projects, such as annual salary reviews, short-term incentives, compensation audits, implementation of new compensation initiatives.* Participates in compensation surveys, conducts research and analysis on market competitiveness, pay equity, and compensation trends. Prepares analysis of company’s competitive position* Reviews proposed salary adjustments for conformance to established guidelines and recommends corrective or alternative actions to resolve compensation-related problems* Audits job content and assists with preparation of job descriptions. Evaluates new job roles and develops job profiles as require* Maintains and updates salary structures to ensure they remain competitive and equitable* Analyze compensation data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for informed decision making. Serve as a resource for compensation matters, providing guidance and recommendations to peers and leadership.* Partners with HR colleagues and People Leaders to educate and advise on Schnucks compensation programs* Performs other duties as assigned* Required Education: Bachelor’s degree* Other Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in compensation or total rewards.* Professional certifications or courses taken such as Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), SHRM-CP, PHR or similar, are a plus. Workday experience is a plus.* Demonstrated attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.Skilled in utilizing Excel functions, formulas, and data analysis techniques to manipulate and interpret compensation data effectively.* Experience with compensation software, particularly Workday, including configuration, administration, and reporting.* Solid understanding of relevant federal, state, and local compensation laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.* Planning, execution, coordination, and organizational skills; proficient at independently prioritizing and multitasking to achieve results* Demonstrated ability to understand, interpret, and explain compensation best practices, policies, programs, and processes* Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide recommendations.* Interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships* Organizational and time management skills* Makes recommendations to management- The above statements describe the job’s essential responsibilities and requirements.
