About The Role The Billing Analyst would be responsible to ensure accurate and timely billing to customers for the assigned sites. The Billing Analyst would also assist with the unbilled sales report to aid in solving billing issues.

Position Responsibilities

Ensure quality assurance and quality control with profiled waste billing.

Audit unbilled sales report for sites to ensure timely customer billing.

Able to problem solve and correct present billing issues.

Utilize an automated logging system along with generated backup documentation to produce invoicing and costing metrics.

Research delayed invoicing items placed on hold to expedite turn around.

Effectively communicate across multiple departments to ensure accuracy.

Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to analyze information and suggest improvements.

Strong detail-orientation and time management skills.

Ability to work both independently and as a team.

Must demonstrate rigor and precision.
