Key Responsibilities
Lead the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial planning.
Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and strategic initiatives.
Analyze business performance, variances, and trends; provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Partner with department heads to track spend, evaluate ROI, and align financial resources with business goals.
Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages for leadership and the board.
Support scenario planning, investment analysis, and ad hoc financial projects.
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline FP&A operations.
Mentor and manage junior analysts as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
5-8 years of progressive experience in FP&A or corporate finance, with at least 1-2 years in a managerial or lead role.
Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).
Experience with financial systems such as NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, or similar tools.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
