Overview
Tom's Watch Bar defines the ultimate sports watching entertainment experience. Tom's Watch Bar is a fast-growing and exciting new restaurant and bar concept offering the promise of "All the Sports, All the Time" with curated programming across collegiate, professional, international, big events, prize fights, and more. The venue features a central oversized stadium screen surrounded by hundreds of screens to provide 360-degree viewing from every seat.
Position Server Assistant
Responsibilities
Assist servers with delivering food to guests and responding to their requests.
Assist with clearing tables and clearing dirty plates, utensils, and glassware from dining areas.
Prepare tables for arriving patrons by wiping spills, clearing crumbs, replacing soiled linen, and setting up tableware, napkins, and condiments.
Deliver food to tables and support front-of-house service staff as needed.
Respond to patrons' requests and inform management of any complaints.
Arrange tables and chairs to accommodate larger groups of patrons.
Ensure the server station is adequately stocked with necessary restaurant supplies.
Qualifications
Previous restaurant experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to communicate with front-of-house staff
Physical Demands
The ability to stand for extended periods.
Repeated bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 35 lbs.
