Responsibilities

Partner with the Global Accounts team and cross‑functional partners to develop and execute measurement learning agendas. Your primary internal stakeholder will be the Global Account leads. Partner with product and regional measurement / sales teams to collaborate on the development and executional implementation of measurement needs at the global and regional level. Work with clients and internal partners to design relevant measurement offerings for the joint business plans (JBPs). Be the primary contact for our senior clients and their agency counterparts to ensure the briefing, prioritization, alignment, and landing of measurement programs leads to successful business outcomes. Help route our client feedback to our product teams to ensure ongoing measurement feedback improvement loops. Manage a global team of Measurement Partners focused on specific Global Accounts. Mentor and upskill them in measurement, internal and external engagements. Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Proficient measurement experience in brand and performance marketing measurement with large enterprise clients, and a track record of behavior change through great measurement. Client stakeholder management skills are a must have. Ability to work closely with regional measurement teams through clear and timely communication of measurement priorities with global client stakeholders. Ensure streamlined execution of measurement engagements in partnership with the regional measurement teams. 5+ years of experience with digital advertising, large marketing‑related organizations, or measurement suppliers where most recent responsibilities have included digital platform measurement consulting. Deep expertise in brand measurement with the ability to guide investments and measurement for performance marketing efforts. Proficiency in how digital auctions work, incrementality measurement, econometric mix modeling, and attribution logic/challenges. Understanding of digital privacy landscape and its role in measurement. Relevant bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; graduate degree in a science, mathematics, operations, business, digital marketing, or research preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in inferential problem solving through experimental design and analytical methods. Exceptional time‑management and goal‑oriented task management skills is a must. Demonstrable experience in managing regional or global teams with record of helping team members grow their impact. Ability to work effectively, deploy consistent quality, and provide guidance on what decisions should be made is a must‑have skill. Interest in working in a fast‑paced environment with global talent and footprint.
