What We're Looking For The Non-Negotiables: 8-10+ years as a practicing financial advisor $25M+ portable AUM with demonstrated client relationships Client base averaging $1M+ in assets per relationship Proven track record of fiduciary-level client service Experience managing complex portfolios and comprehensive financial planning The Preferred Qualifications: Advyzon platform experience (implementation pending) Current custody relationships with Schwab or Interactive Brokers Experience serving business owners, executives, and family offices Most Importantly: You need to prove you can maintain exceptional client relationships while contributing to systematic growth.
