Job Description & Responsibilities: This role is primarily responsible for overseeing financial reporting for multiple venture capital funds and reports directly to a Senior Accounting Manager. Key responsibilities include: Recording daily and weekly journal entries related to fund activity Supporting the annual audit process by preparing schedules and documentation Assisting with cash flow management Handling various ad-hoc tasks as needed Required Skills: Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a proven capacity to prioritize effectively Excellent verbal and written communication skills High attention to detail, strong problem-solving capabilities, and a collaborative mindset Solid understanding of GAAP principles Ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines with urgency Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Minimum of 3 years of experience in public accounting, fund accounting, or fund operations Proficiency in Microsoft Excel CPA certification is preferred Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off (vacation, sick leave, holidays) Retirement savings plans 401(k) with employer match Life and disability insurance Employee assistance programs Unlimited PTO Seniority level
