Allied Wealth Planners (AWP) is an independent financial advisory practice headquartered in Solon, Ohio, affiliated with Cetera Wealth Services. We focus on comprehensive wealth management, retirement plan solutions, and investment strategies for both businesses and individuals. We partner with a CPA, Healthcare Broker, Medicare Rep, and Payroll company to offer top-to-bottom service for our clients.
About the Role: The Independent Financial Advisor role is highly entrepreneurial, involving client management, new business development, prospecting, and financial consulting. The role is responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with a portfolio of financially successful clients. YOU get to run your business without sales goals or corporate drama. This puts YOU in the driver’s seat to do what’s best for your clients. If you’re at a bank broker dealer, this gives you a chance to own your book of business.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage a client base through proactive outreach and relationship development
Develop internal and external referral networks
Analyze client financial situations, including risk tolerance, goals, income, assets, and debts
Recommend suitable investment and insurance products
Educate clients on product benefits, risks, and strategies
Identify cross-sell opportunities and refer clients to other financial services as appropriate
Maintain compliance with all regulatory and company policies
Complete all required training and maintain active licenses
Deliver exceptional service with professionalism and integrity
Qualifications
FINRA Series 7 and 66
(or Series 63 & 65) –

as a producing advisor
Strong sales, marketing, and business development skills
