We are on the hunt for a dynamic and motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our vibrant team and propel the growth of our life insurance products. As a key player in our sales force, you will forge strong client relationships, uncover customer needs, and offer tailored life insurance solutions. This role lets you work independently, meet potential clients in various settings, and hit your sales targets in a rewarding and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Leverage our platform that targets qualified candidates seeking our diverse life insurance products, allowing you to focus on client interactions. Client Consultation: Perform comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients\' financial goals and insurance needs, presenting and explaining life insurance options. Sales Presentation: Deliver compelling presentations to individuals and groups, tailoring content to address client concerns and preferences. Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and policy retention. Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions to position our products effectively. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of activities, client interactions, and progress toward targets; prepare regular reports for management. Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining client confidentiality and ethical standards. Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance or financial services. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust. Strong presentation and negotiation skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and manage a flexible schedule. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field is a plus. Life insurance license or the ability to obtain one (we will assist in license acquisition). Base pay range:
$50,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Additional compensation types:
Annual Bonus and Commission Range is based on the average rep in current markets. Bonuses are performance-based and paid every month on the 15th. Residuals are paid on the anniversary date of the client\'s sale. Equal Opportunity Statement
