The Opportunity
The Functional Analyst D365 F&O is responsible for
supporting and maintaining ERP
and other accounting systems for the Finance & Accounting Department. This role acts as a point of contact and provides support and administration for these systems, is involved in process and system improvements, and is involved in system configuration, testing, and training activities. The Functional Analyst D365 F&O reports to the Senior Accounting Systems Manager.
What You'll Do
Provide incident and task support for financial systems
Collaborate with the Business Applications Team to provide support and administration of
Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP
and other financial systems
Assist in the documentation of systems and processes
Maintain extensive knowledge of department processes
Work with stakeholders to identify areas of improvement and enhancements in financial systems and processes
Assist in the development and coordinate testing of improvements and system updates
Provide end-user functional training for financial systems and processes
Act as a liaison to the Information Technology (IT) department regarding financial system configuration and needs
Assist the Accounting Systems and Business Applications teams in maintaining integrations between related systems
Assist with solution design assessments and scheduling system and process updates
Responsible for the accounting functions of the accounting reporting systems and their impact on the financial statements and operational reports
Ensure the integrity of the monthly system accounting data affecting financial reporting
Actively participate in mergers and acquisitions system integration processes
Additional related responsibilities, as assigned

Communication skills to provide effective presentation of ideas, plans, and processes
Change management skills to communicate system and process changes and implementations
Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members, management, public, and external agencies

Ability to be organized and set priorities to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines
Strong analytical background
Must be able to understand transactional and operational accounting
Strong process analysis, risk and control identification, and problem-solving skills

Must have strong information management skills to translate data into usable information
Must be able to prepare clear and concise status updates and reports as required
What We Expect from You
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
At least 3 years of experience in accounting or finance, with an emphasis on analytics
Experience working in core financial and operational business processes such as General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Bank and Case Management, and Financial Reporting
Proven experience with accounting applications and systems required
Experience with
Microsoft Dynamics F&O
preferred
Proven experience in Microsoft Software Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project)
Must have authorization to work permanently in the U.S.

Target Base Compensation Range for this role is $76,800- $103,900
Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary include your job-specific skills, education, training, job location, number of years of experience related to this role and comparison to other employees already in this role.
