Join J.P. Morgan Wealth Management as a Licensed Investment Professional. In this role you help clients build relationships, deliver extraordinary customer service, and achieve their financial goals while focusing on diversity and inclusion.
Job Responsibilities
Assist clients and prospects with brokerage accounts and uncover investment needs over the telephone.
Discuss Individual Retirement Accounts such as Traditional and Roth IRAs.
Provide business efficiency by answering calls quickly, initiating trades, and completing service‑oriented transactions.
Document all client interactions and meet regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
A valid and active Series 7 and Series 63.
A strong compliance record with the ability to hold a registration in all 50 states.
Ability to create and foster strong partnerships with business partners, working independently in a team environment.
Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to change.
Ability to diagnose and resolve client inquiries and requests, and identify opportunities to deepen relationships.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
2 years of relevant financial services or brokerage experience.
Flexibility, self‑motivation, coachability, and passion for helping people.
Excellent communication and customer service skills, high professionalism, and ability to adapt conversations to meet a diverse client base.
Additional Information
Must be able to work onsite Monday through Friday from 8:30 am – 5:00 pm during training and/or licensing. Following training, transition to a hybrid environment: office three days a week and remote two days.
Department hours: Monday–Friday 7 am – 8 pm EST; Saturday 8 am – 5 pm EST. The working hours for this role will be assigned and may fall into any of the department operating hours. Candidates may be required to work non‑standard schedule (e.g., four 10‑hour days vs. five 8‑hour days).
