with a bold mission: building smarter, safer, and more sustainable infrastructure across the U.S. With a portfolio spanning engineering, inspection, and construction management, this is your chance to be the financial backbone of an ambitious, project-driven enterprise. Responsibilities: Maintain and update internal financial systems, including recording transactions and preparing account reconciliations. Compile periodic financial reports such as profit/loss statements, cash flow summaries, and balance sheets. Review financial activity to highlight patterns, anomalies, or opportunities that could inform business strategy. Reconcile banking and general ledger accounts to confirm consistency and accuracy. Contribute to financial audits, budget reviews, and various internal finance initiatives. Provide support for leadership-driven requests, including specialized reporting and financial research. What You’ll Bring Strong critical thinking skills and a precise eye for numerical accuracy. Experience using financial software platforms (examples include QuickBooks, Deltek, or other ERP tools). High proficiency in Excel, including functions like VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and advanced formulas. Proven ability to stay organized and meet deadlines in a multitasking environment. Strong interpersonal communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field. At least four years of hands-on accounting experience. Well-versed in generally accepted accounting practices (GAAP). Familiarity with digital ledger platforms and financial systems. Capable of working independently and thriving in a fast-moving, team-based setting. Seniority level
