What You’ll Do As a Staff Accountant
Prepare monthly journal entries and account reconciliations with precision.
Support financial reporting by generating comparative and activity reports for leadership.
Review general ledger accounts to ensure accurate classification and compliance with GAAP.
Collaborate with FP&A to analyze monthly results and identify performance trends.
Maintain and update financial data in Workday.
Deliver clear, actionable reports to support management decisions.
What We’re Looking For In a Staff Accountant
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in accounting
Strong understanding of GAAP, automated ledger systems and close process.
Excellent analytical, time management, and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate across departments and influence outcomes.
Experience using ERP software.
