Job Description Bring passion for crafting outstanding customer experiences, using data to drive decisions, and collaborating across Fidelity Wealth, Brokerage, and Workplace Investing businesses. As a member of the Business Enablement chapter embedded in a Lifetime Engagement delivery squad, the Business Analyst will collaborate across Retail and Workplace businesses to help test, define, and deliver engaging experiences. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of digital product development experience, ideally in financial services.
Familiarity with business analysis methodologies, including data analysis, use case development, story writing, business acceptance testing and product documentation.
Experience framing critical business questions that can be answered by using data insights. Use those insights to prioritize opportunities and achieve business results.
Ability to actively participate in technical discussions with developers, help make technical trade-off decisions, and set criteria for minimum viable product (MVP).
Participating in business acceptance testing to ensure that the solutions meet the defined requirements. Collaborate with developers to address any issues before deployment.
Support squad in releasing new products to market, including scaled delivery techniques, A/B testing and preparing builds for post launch measurement and analysis.
Analyzing customer data and feedback to gauge the effectiveness of solutions and identify areas for improvement as part of continuous feedback loop. Familiarity with Snowflake and/or Adobe Analytics a plus.
Experience collaborating with legal, risk and compliance partners to gain approvals for commercial release of products and experiences.
Communicating with impact and clarity, both in your written, graphical, and verbal delivery.
Excelling in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment with a "getting it done" mindset.
Building positive relationships with partners and having the ability to influence and inspire colleagues across the organization without formal authority.
Practicing Agile in squad-based setting including experience with Agile routines, such as daily scrum, retros, and backlog management tools, such as Jira.
Applying your proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Tridion/SDL and eReview to advance the squad’s work.
The Team The Lifetime Engagement Delivery squads partner with key stakeholders across Fidelity to define the strategy, tactics and technology required to deliver best-in-class customer experiences. The squads are passionate about becoming our customers’ primary financial partner by delivering integrated experiences, content and solutions that are personalized and relevant in the context of their financial lives. You’ll work across both digital and live distribution channels and workplace and retail businesses to deliver on this focus. Additionally, as a member of the Business Enablement chapter, you’ll receive ongoing skill and career coaching to help you grow personally and professionally.
