Responsibilities
Manage the preparation, negotiation, and execution of real estate loan application commitments and term sheets
Review and negotiate loan documents in collaboration with legal counsel and stakeholders
Oversee timely receipt and review of due diligence materials necessary for closing
Coordinate disbursement activities, including fee reconciliation and payment of related expenses
Maintain accurate data for transactions within the real estate transaction management platform
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, or a related field
Demonstrated experience in commercial real estate financing and understanding of loan closing processes
Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience as a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal
