GMFS Mortgage is seeking a Branch Manager / Sr. Mortgage Loan Officer in Prairieville, LA. This is a full-time, on-site role. The successful candidate will originate residential mortgage loans, guide clients through the loan application process, and manage loan packages through underwriting, approval, and closing. Responsibilities
Originate residential mortgage loans and develop new business opportunities. Guide clients through the loan application process from initial contact to closing. Review financial information and assess borrower's qualifications. Collaborate with underwriters to evaluate loan applications and ensure timely closings. Manage loan approval and closing processes to completion. Qualifications
Experience in loan origination, mortgages, and loans. Knowledge of underwriting processes and finance principles. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field is a plus. Proficiency in mortgage software systems is beneficial. Company
