Responsibilities

Client Service: Develops an understanding of each client’s business/organization operations. Manages multiple clients, software, and chart of accounts on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Day to Day Transactions: Leads coordination and processing of accounts payable, cash disbursements, accounts receivable, cash receipts, and posting/recording of payroll transactions. Month End Processing: Coordinates and reviews account reconciliations (prepaids, accounts receivable, fixed assets, accounts payable, accruals). Completes complex reconciliations (investments, debt, industry-specific). Prepares and reviews financial statements (basic to complex). Reviews general ledger, cashflow, allocations; creates process and procedure documentation and builds backups. Other Quarterly/Annual Processing: Completes sales tax returns and Form 1099s, prepares audit workpapers, tax return workpapers, and other items as requested by clients. Oversee workflow and quality of work of Associates and Analysts. Supervise and ensure the efficiency and quality of work produced. Special Projects: Assists with internal audit, due diligence, system selection, and other consultative projects. Qualifications

2 years of relevant accounting and/or financial experience required Bachelor's degree required. Combination of related experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree Benefits
