Real Estate Associate

Our client is seeking an experienced Real Estate Associate to join their Los Angeles office. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated attorney with 5–10 years of experience to work on complex and high-value transactions in the commercial real estate sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drafting and negotiating construction contracts as well as handling a broad range of general real estate matters. Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate real estate construction contracts. Handle acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and leasing of commercial real estate properties. Conduct title and survey review and provide advice on risk allocation and mitigation. Support the development of commercial properties from inception through completion. Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams to manage transactions efficiently and effectively. Provide strategic legal guidance to support clients’ business objectives. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Active bar membership in California (or eligibility to waive in). 5–10 years of substantive experience in real estate law, including both construction and general transactional matters. Proven ability to draft and negotiate complex contracts. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
