is seeking
Counterintelligence Analysts
to provide timely, relevant advice to improve the CI posture of supported activities, ensure compliance with intelligence oversight, and document and report CI indicators or concerns. Responsibilities include coordinating cross-community meetings, assimilating large volumes of information, de-conflicting data, and independently producing reports. Analysts will research, create, develop, and deliver multimedia reports and CI products at operational and strategic levels using multiple CI and HUMINT reporting tools. They will handle Contact, Lead, and Intelligence Information Reports, participate in reviews, and implement corrective measures as needed. CI Analysts will manage source data within the Integrated Defense Source Registration System, participate in Asset Validation Panels, and conduct in-depth CI reviews of active assets. They will develop all-source association matrices on individuals of CI interest, maintain signature reduction training standards, and assist in applying signature reduction techniques appropriately. Required Qualifications: At least six (6) years of experience in counterintelligence operations within a Joint Special Operations Task Force, Inter-agency Task Force, National Intelligence Agency, Law Enforcement Agency, Joint CI Activity, or Combatant Command. CI-SMEs should have a minimum of six (6) years of operational analysis experience in their field. Five (5) years of managerial experience supporting special operations and combat overseas tours with a SMU and/or SOF, providing direct analysis support, is highly desirable. Knowledge of F3EAD targeting methodology, and experience with related intelligence disciplines, capable of leading analytical efforts resulting in products. Advanced skills in HUMINT Operations Cycle, CI Support to HUMINT, Asset Risk Assessment System (ARMS), Operational Risk Management, and Patterns of Life Analysis, along with expertise in areas like Human Factors Analysis, Human Terrain Analysis, SIGINT Targeting, Convergence Analysis, and Intelligence training. Deep understanding of CI theory, doctrine, rules, laws, regulations, directives, systems, concepts, methodologies, and skills related to full-spectrum CI operations.
