We offer flexible schedules: part-time morning, afternoon, evening, or weekend hours. Base salary is paid bi-weekly plus cash tips paid daily. We provide various benefits and perks as part of our associate program.
Job Summary As a Valet Attendant, you will deliver first-class customer service to guests in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner. The Attendant will assist arriving and departing guests by opening and closing doors, parking and securing vehicles, unloading luggage, retrieving vehicles promptly, and extending a friendly welcome to hotel guests.
Are You The Right Fit For This Role? You will work outdoors in all kinds of weather. The role involves physical activity, including lifting up to 50 lbs, running, standing for long periods, and stairs in parking garages. You should be comfortable talking with guests during the valet check-in process and providing excellent guest service.
The Road To Your Success We provide paid training, Forbes Standards training, and continuous on-the-job training. Opportunities exist to grow into supervision or operations management through the Crescendo Training Program. The company is growing rapidly, providing advancement opportunities locally and across the nation.
The Ability To Work Any Schedule Or Shift We hire valets to start part-time with the potential to grow into full-time supervisory roles. You will be assigned an initial schedule to meet property needs during peak times to maximize tips and minimize work hours. Availability for flexible schedules, weekends and holidays is required. Punctuality and reliability are essential.

Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience as a Valet parking attendant, preferred.
Experience driving a manual transmission vehicle, preferred.
Proficiency in English; verbal and written.
Exceptional guest service skills and excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
Must have a Valid Driver's License and 3 years of driving experience.
Ability to complete and pass pre-employment background, drug, and MVR screen.
Ability to lift, push, pull objects up to 50 pounds with reasonable accommodation, and to stand, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, twist, climb, balance, and crouch.
Ability to stand for long periods and occasionally run.
Ability to run up and down multiple levels of stairs.
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
