Overview

As the Store Manager for Pandora, you will immerse yourself in our brand, culture, and product while delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role offers the opportunity to spend quality time on the sales floor, engage with customers, and lead a team of Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates to drive sales. Responsibilities

Lead and coach a team of Associates, Sales Leads, and an Assistant Store Manager to achieve store goals and KPIs. Assemble, train, and develop the sales team; provide real-time feedback to empower performance. Deliver unforgettable shopping moments through excellent product knowledge and brand loyalty. Build and nurture a network to attract and recruit talent for Pandora across seasonal and core roles. Partner with the Divisional Sales Manager and Human Resources to address performance issues and policy violations. Ensure timely implementation of visual merchandising directives and maintain efficient operational processes. Duties as assigned by store leadership. Qualifications

At least 3-5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high-performance selling environment; results-oriented leadership. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to connect with people at all levels. Analytical business acumen with the ability to deliver positive results; capable of strategic thinking and problem solving. Proven ability to recruit, retain, and develop exceptional teams, including succession planning and internal mobility. Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and retail point-of-sale systems. Must be 18 years or older and have the ability to provide proof of identity and work eligibility. Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds. Salary

$60,000 - $69,000 commensurate with experience Benefits and Perks
