Career Advancement Opportunities - Stability - Experienced Leadership Team Responsibilities

Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a variety of contracts, including federal and state contracts, ensuring they align with company policies and legal requirements. Providing expert advice on contractual matters to the project team, highlighting any potential risks or issues. Managing contract execution processes and ensuring all contracts are correctly implemented and adhered to. Conducting regular contract reviews and audits, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as necessary. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and legal advisors, to ensure smooth contract processes. Keeping up-to-date with changes in legislation and industry trends that may impact contracts. Providing training and guidance to team members on contract processes and best practices. Resolving any contract-related disputes or issues in a timely and professional manner. Qualifications

A minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management, preferably within the construction industry. Extensive knowledge of federal and state contracts. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or a related field. A postgraduate qualification in Contract Management or a related field will be highly regarded. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex contractual terms and conditions. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify potential risks and devise effective solutions. The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite. A proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A high level of attention to detail.
