We are looking for a tennis camp counselor for our upcoming Stanford Tennis Camps!
Essential Functions And Responsibilities
Coach and supervise Juniors during tennis camp.
Set up equipment.
Regular attendance required based on expectations and needs.
Must demonstrate appropriate skills and have an extensive thorough knowledge of tennis technique, including all strokes, rules, and match play.
Adheres to all federal, state, local and San Francisco laws regarding health, safety and employment
$23.25 – $30 USD hourly.
Qualification
High School or old enough to work and obtain a work permit.
Minimum 1-2 years of High School or College Tennis Team or equivalent experience.
Physical Requirements
Able to regularly play tennis and practice hitting/playing sessions. Including jogging and running.
Work performed outdoors in varying and occasionally extreme (hot) weather conditions.
Frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
Frequently required to walk, stoop, kneel, climb, lift, balance, and stretch.

Schedule
Summer Camps run from June 9th – July 3rd and Aug 11th – Aug 14th.
All day session: 8:45 am – 3:15 pm or half day session: 11:45 – 3:15 pm on Monday – Thursday
The Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) is the governing body of college tennis, overseeing men’s and women’s varsity tennis at all levels – NCAA Divisions I, II and III, NAIA and Junior/Community College.
