Houseperson
plays a crucial role in maintaining the impeccable cleanliness and presentation of the hotel, ensuring that every corner reflects the elevated luxury standards expected at a Forbes 5-Star property. This role involves not only maintaining designated areas of the hotel but also responding promptly to guest requests, anticipating their needs, and ensuring that all spaces are meticulously cared for. The Houseperson’s attention to detail and commitment to excellence are integral in upholding the hotel’s reputation for providing personalized and refined guest experiences.
What will I be doing?
As a
Houseperson , you will play a key role in maintaining the hotel's high standards of cleanliness and service in designated areas. In support of the hotel's efforts to achieve and maintain five-star service, you will assist room attendants, respond to guest requests, and complete special projects to enhance the overall guest experience. Your attention to detail and commitment to hospitality will ensure that all areas meet the expectations of luxury and excellence.
Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Clean and maintain designated areas to uphold the hotel's cleanliness and condition standards.
Complete special projects as assigned.
Deliver supplies, and amenities to departments, guest rooms, and storage areas.
Respond promptly to guest requests, ensuring exceptional service and hospitality.
Maintain housekeeping storage areas in an organized and presentable manner.
Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and hotel policies.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the housekeeping and operations teams.
Rate of pay : $29.15- $38.87 based on applicable and specialized experience.

Prior experience in a luxury hotel or similar environment is preferred, with a strong understanding of the level of service and cleanliness required to reach Forbes 5-Star standards.
A strong work ethic with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively while ensuring consistency in quality and service.
A proactive attitude, responding promptly to guest requests and anticipating needs before they are voiced.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests and team members in a friendly, approachable, and professional manner.
A commitment to upholding luxury service standards, ensuring that every task is completed to perfection.
Ability to work independently, with strong time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
Physical stamina and strength, as the role involves manual tasks such as lifting, moving furniture, and performing deep cleaning duties.

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
