The Beverly Wilshire, A Four Seasons Hotel is looking for a
Door Attendant
who shares a passion for excellence and infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. This is a full‑time role that shapes the guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge and service in a luxury hotel environment.
Location and Hours Beverly Hills, CA (Wilshire & Rodeo). Full‑time position.
The Role The Door Attendant creates a strong sense of arrival for hotel, restaurant, and banquet guests. They work with the Valet team to arrange car parking and retrieval, and arrange transportation for guests. They ensure guests feel welcomed, comfortable, and well taken care of, handling all interactions with the highest level of hospitality.
Job Functions
Greets guests arriving by private car, taxi, or limo; opens car doors; assists guests exiting vehicles; issues appropriate valet tickets; opens doors for all guests.
Unloads guest luggage, tags it, issues claim tickets, directs guests to the Front Desk for check‑in, and transfers luggage to Bell Staff.
Directs traffic on the drive and coordinates with valet staff for parking and retrieval.
Provides guests with directions, recommendations, and information about local attractions; hails taxis as needed; assists with luggage loading for departing guests.
Handles guest interactions with hospitality and professionalism; accommodates special requests and resolves inquiries about hotel services and hours of operation when possible.
Greets all guests passing through the Front Door and offers assistance.
Complies with Four Seasons’ Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
Works harmoniously and professionally with co‑workers and supervisors.

Compensation Hourly Rate: $17.28
