Overview
The Alaka`ina Foundation Family of Companies (FOCs) is looking for a
Senior SME Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance systems (ISR)
to provide research support administration services for our government customer in
Ft. Belvoir, VA . Responsibilities
Assists the APM for TT/UAS/CIADS in development and acquisition of sUAS (Group III and below) and UGVs as well as development/integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) for Small Unit Maneuver. Must be familiar with OSD Drone Policy and exceptions to policy. Supports requirements generation as needed. Assists in the preparation of new requirement documentation, Statements of Objectives (SOO) and Statements of Work (SOW), Acquisition Program Baselines (APB) and Single Acquisition Management Plans (SAMP), and acquisition and contract strategies. Assists in preparation of and/or reviews specifications, identifies costs, resources (manpower, funding, and training), test and evaluation requirements and plans, and management of life cycle support (operations, maintenance, and replacement). Coordinates with the Project Manager and/or Quality Assurance Manager to ensure adequate design specifications and associated documentation and problem resolution for problem reports. Required Degree / Education / Certification
Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred. Required Skills and Experience
Minimum 12 years of experience. Subject matter expertise in Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance systems (ISR). Required Citizenship and Clearance
