· To lead the Affiliate Organization HSE team, ensuring continuous improvement of operational safety management knowledge and application.
· To support the vessels and Client Satisfaction Chain management in achieving and maintaining compliance with Affiliate Organization HSE expectations, based on and aligned with BOURBON HSE Plan requirements

Duties and Responsibilities
Deliver and report on HSE expectations as per set Key Performance Indicator Support the Client Satisfaction Chain management / stakeholders related to incident investigation, communication and overall follow-up / management related to HSE process Assist Client Satisfaction Chain management to maintain adequate bridging and gap analysis of requirements between Client and Affiliate Safety Management Systems and processes. Roll out proactive HSE approach through incident management, training, inductions, communication (campaign, seminars, alerts, intranet). Implement new procedures based on BOURBON HSE guidelines. Improve the Affiliate Organization’s environmental impact by implementing measures and procedures Lead HSE performance by conducting assessments and verification of shore-based (i.e. Office) and offshore compliance with OSM/SMS standards, regulatory requirements and industry best practice Promote the HSE culture onboard vessels and at shore bases, coach employees on the subject, ensure implementation and application of requirements. Promote and check implementation of a Risk Management approach within the Affiliate Organization. Maintain strict adherence to HSE procedures and policies and ensure trainings and drills to be done onboard by crews and offshore employees. Encourage a culture of efficient energy use and waste management. Qualifications, Skills and Experiences
Your profile: Have a minimum proven 5 years’ experience as HSE Superintendent, or Marine offshore background, or equivalent position in Maritime or Oil and Gas company. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal including the ability to effectively communicate during crisis situations. Have a good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Power Point Presentation. Have the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Be rigorous, have enthusiasm and aim to evolve in a complex and challenging environment. Job Overview
