Join a national full-service firm with opportunities to work on high-stakes IP litigation across federal courts and appellate matters. Responsibilities
Handle all phases of IP litigation in federal courts, including case strategy, motion practice, and trial preparation Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, briefs, discovery requests, and dispositive motions Manage expert discovery, including depositions and coordination with technical experts Participate in PTAB and TTAB proceedings Collaborate with partners and clients to develop and execute litigation strategy Support appeals before the Federal Circuit and other appellate courts Engage in enforcement and defense of patent, trademark, and trade secret rights Work closely with cross-office teams and subject matter experts Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience in IP litigation Licensed to practice law and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction; D.C. admission preferred Experience with patent or trademark litigation in federal court and/or before the ITC or PTAB Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills USPTO registration or technical background is preferred but not required Comfortable managing multiple complex matters in a fast-paced environment Prior experience with client communication and case management Interested in hearing more?
