Technical Support Engineer Join eJAmerica to support end‑user compute (deskside) environments. This role is 100% onsite, 6‑month contract with a possible 1‑year extension.

Base Pay $45,000/yr – $50,000/yr

Eligibility Open only to U.S. Citizens or Green Card holders.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

3–4 years of experience in EUC H&F Support (End User Compute – Deskside Support).

Support and troubleshooting of Windows 10 & 11, Microsoft O365 applications.

Good customer handling skills and prior experience in Concierge (VIP Users) support.

Install, troubleshoot, and repair desktop/laptop hardware & software.

Basic troubleshooting of conference devices, projectors, and meeting room facilitation.

SCCM client installation & troubleshooting knowledge.

Basic knowledge of networking and Active Directory.

Right attitude and customer‑centric approach.

Document all support activity within the IT Incident and request fulfillment tool (Preferred SNOW).
