This role is based in New York City or Los Angeles with the Ad Partnerships Group, focusing on monetization partnerships for Snapchat’s core ad products. What you’ll do: Deeply understand Snap’s monetization-related products, their underlying technical implementations, and associated APIs. Serve as the day-to-day primary point of contact for Snapchat Partners and help guide larger partner initiatives. Identify new partnership opportunities that align with product needs and Snap’s monetization goals. Evaluate goals of partner organizations to analyze and present mutually beneficial opportunities and build long-term relationships. Negotiate and structure partner agreements in collaboration with legal, finance, product, and strategy. Work with partners’ product, sales, and account teams to understand Snap’s monetization-related products and drive long-term revenue growth. Collaborate with partner marketing teams and internal stakeholders to develop and execute joint Go-to-Market motions to drive partner and Snap revenue growth. Continuously solicit feedback and requirements from partners to inform Snap product and business operations decisions. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Experience structuring and negotiating complex corporate agreements Ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, and partner organizations Experience working with APIs and technical integrations Strong communication and relationship-building skills Excellent written and verbal communication Minimum Qualifications
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience 10+ years of experience in digital advertising, partnership management, or business development, preferably in tech or media Track record of managing revenue pipelines and delivering against revenue goals Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance Analytical skills with ability to communicate results clearly Compensation and Benefits
In the United States, work locations are assigned pay zones determining salary ranges. Base salary ranges: Zone A: $190,000-$284,000; Zone B: $181,000-$270,000; Zone C: $162,000-$241,000. This position is eligible for equity (RSUs). Salaries are determined based on skills, experience, location, and market conditions and may be negotiable within the range. Zone pay zones may change in the future. Benefits include paid parental leave, comprehensive medical coverage, emotional and mental health support, and compensation packages that allow participation in Snap’s long-term success.
