Assist with day-to-day functions of the audiovisual office in accordance with company policies and procedures. Set up, operate, and strike all audiovisual equipment for client functions. Ensure maximum client service, operational efficiency, and profitability. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service Contribute to effective management of day-to-day operations per company procedures Timely and accurate setup and strike of equipment for client functions Continually increase audiovisual skills and knowledge Maintain positive relations with hotel accounts Maintain positive employee relations and strong team-player orientation Utilize the company’s business software Maintain professional appearance, demeanor, ethics, and image Planning and organizational skills to manage multiple projects Problem analysis to identify solutions Other related duties as required or assigned Experience & Qualifications Required
Minimum of one year of experience in the AV industry Advanced knowledge and experience with AV setups and strikes Background in customer service or hospitality Certification in AV technology or related courses (preferred) Experience with audio: microphones, speakers, sound systems, mixers Experience with video: LCD/LED, projectors, screens, monitors Experience with lighting: GOBO, gels, uplighting, basic lighting kits Advanced computer knowledge on PC and Mac software Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work long hours on your feet Ability to lift up to 75 pounds Ability to work a varied schedule Authorized to work in the United States Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record to operate company vehicle Industry
