Job Summary & Responsibilities
Use ticketing systems to report individual work assignments (Freshservice is a plus)
Setting up Windows machines for new hires/replacement hardware via Microsoft SCCM (Image, Deploy, Local Setup or Ship)
Monitoring computer hardware performance and diagnosing system issues
Installing, configuring and upgrading software applications
Troubleshoot and resolve software application and OS related problems (Windows Only)
Printer Support (troubleshooting, swap toners, etc.)
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
Technical skills in installation and troubleshooting of relevant software and hardware
Knowledge and experience providing customer services, preferably in an IT service environment
Using any case management/support ticketing and knowledge-based systems
Experience of supporting Windows 10 systems and Office 365
A+ certification (is a plus)
Qualifications
1-3 years’ experience in the IT support role
Positive attitude and collaborative approach in working within a team environment
Strong customer service skills
Strong oral and written communications
Ability to learn and adapt quickly to changes
Critical thinking and analytical capabilities in troubleshooting and problem solving
Planning, organizing and prioritizing skills
Attention to detail
