IDD Monitoring Coordinator Mid-State – Trillium Health Resources Remote within Trillium’s Mid-State Region of North Carolina, including the counties: Anson, Guilford, Montgomery, Randolph, and Richmond. Responsibilities

Monitor services for compliance with state standards, waiver requirements, and Medicaid regulations (including review of service documentation and claims). Promote satisfaction with services through ongoing communication and timely follow-up on concerns. Conduct announced and unannounced monitoring visits to members, including nights/weekends as applicable. Ensure services are monitored as needed (direct observation of service delivery, telephonic contact, emails, etc.) in all settings. Qualifications

Education/Experience: Must meet QP status. Fully licensed by the NC governing board regulating Human Services professions; OR Fully licensed RN licensed in NC with four (4) years of full-time MH/DD/SA experience; OR Masters degree in a human service field with one year of MH/DD/SA experience with the MH/DD/SA population (pre or post-degree), or a substance abuse professional with one year of supervised experience in alcoholism and drug abuse counseling; OR Bachelor’s degree in a human service field with two years of MH/DD/SA experience; OR Bachelor’s degree in a field other than human services with four years of MH/DD/SA experience or related supervisory experience.
