Senior System Administrator , you’ll own escalations, tackle complex IT challenges, and support Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, Intune, Windows Server, and networking environments. This role blends hands-on troubleshooting with project work, including migrations, upgrades, and deployments. You’ll mentor junior engineers, improve processes, and ensure clients get reliable, high-quality IT support. What You’ll Do
Resolve Tier 2/3 escalations across servers, cloud, and networks Lead mid-level projects and implement best practices Provide clear client communication and professional support Mentor and guide junior team members Maintain documentation and ensure system reliability What You Bring
