The Dayton division has recently been awarded a prime contract supporting the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) at WPAFB, Ohio. The position involves providing engineering model support for scenario-based campaign planning using SysML 2.0 or similar tools, collaborating with analysts and military units, and documenting modeling processes. The role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. An active TS/SCI clearance is required, and work is onsite in Dayton, Ohio. Responsibilities
Develop threat models based on intelligence data. Add behavior models to physics-based models. Perform baseline analysis for scenarios and tailored mission needs for wargaming. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science. 5+ years of relevant experience. Strong understanding of systems engineering principles and MBSE. U.S. Citizenship and active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance. Familiarity with Cameo, AFSIM, NGTS, ArcGIS, and SysML 2.0. Experience in INDOPACOM, EUCOM, or CENTCOM AORs preferred. Technical leadership and excellent communication skills. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with scenario-based modeling and SysML 2.0. Knowledge of AI/ML models for data analysis. Additional Information
Work involves communication, computer use, and possible travel. This is a full-time, mid-senior level position in defense and space manufacturing industries.
