Content Manager/Data Architect

Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate content migrations from legacy systems into Drupal.
Audit, map, and transform content for usability, accessibility, and consistency.
Collaborate with content owners and SMEs to ensure accuracy during migrations.
Define content models, data schemas, and governance frameworks.
Ensure proper taxonomy and metadata standards are applied.
Validate migrated content for accuracy and Section 508/WCAG compliance.
Document content workflows and governance policies.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Data Management, Communications, or related field.
5+ years experience with content management systems (Drupal preferred).
Proven experience leading enterprise content migrations.
Strong understanding of data architecture, taxonomy, and content modeling.
Knowledge of Section 508 compliance and accessibility best practices.
Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Drupal Migrate API or other migration tools.
Familiarity with AWS cloud and data storage services.
Previous federal migration or modernization experience.
Understanding of analytics tagging and SEO optimization.
