At CI&T, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mid-Level Fullstack Developer to join our team in Brazil. You will contribute to an innovative project in a collaborative, transformative, and multicultural environment.

Position Overview As a Mid-Level Fullstack Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing dynamic user interfaces for a cutting-edge digital banking platform. Your expertise in ASP.NET and Razor Views will drive the creation of high-performing and accessible web applications, enhancing customer experiences and interactions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop Razor Views (.cshtml) templates and partial views for the Optimizely CMS 12 platform, adhering to our design system and banking UX standards.

Implement responsive and accessible UI components using server-rendered HTML and client-side JavaScript enhancements.

Integrate with the Optimizely Content Delivery API and other backend services to deliver feature-rich functionalities.

Collaborate with backend .NET developers to create sophisticated page types and blocks.

Configure Web Experimentation for A/B testing within Razor Views to optimize user experience.

Optimize frontend performance, implementing effective client-side caching strategies to enhance load times.

Maintain coding standards for Razor Views, JavaScript modules, and CSS organization, ensuring best practices are followed.

Must-Have Skills

Experience with ASP.NET MVC and Razor View development (.cshtml).

Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end techniques.

Understanding of C# and .NET Core frameworks.

Familiarity with CMS platforms, preferably Optimizely (formerly Episerver).

Knowledge of server-side rendering patterns and their integration with client-side JavaScript.

Familiarity with component-based architecture in server-rendered applications.

Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.

Experience with accessibility (WCAG) implementation.

Familiarity with agile methodologies.

Advanced English proficiency.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Previous experience with Optimizely CMS (Episerver) development.

Experience implementing UI components that integrate with Optimizely features (ODP, Content Recommendations).

Familiarity with optimization techniques for server-rendered applications.

Experience in client-side performance monitoring and optimization.

Knowledge of UI testing approaches tailored for server-rendered applications.

Understanding of banking/financial services UI requirements and compliance considerations.
