I possess strong troubleshooting abilities, allowing me to effectively identify and resolve technical issues. I communicate excellently, both verbally and in writing, facilitating interaction with users and colleagues. I am skilled in analyzing problems and developing effective solutions. I demonstrate strong customer service capabilities, providing supportive and patient assistance to users. I can prioritize tasks and manage my time effectively. Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Net+, Server+, Security+, or CCNA are advantageous.
Responsibilities
I will set up and configure new computer systems, software, and networks.
I will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, repair or replace damaged components, and perform system upgrades.
I will provide technical support to users for computer-related challenges, whether remotely or on-site.
I will implement security measures, including antivirus and firewall management, ensuring data protection through timely security updates.
I will maintain thorough documentation of issues, resolutions, and system configurations.
I will manage the setup and maintenance of local area networks (LANs) and wide area networks (WANs).
I will keep an inventory of IT assets.
