Location: New York, NY Employment type: Full-time Posted: Sep 24, 25 CRÈME is seeking a Senior Designer/Project Manager to join our team and lead projects from concept through construction administration. Responsibilities
Lead a project from start to finish through design conceptualization and development, space planning and programming, FF&E specification, purchasing, construction documentation, and construction administration. Initiate and manage communications with clients, vendors, contractors, and subcontractors. Collaborate with the team to deliver hospitality projects; experience in hospitality design is required. Qualifications
Degree in Architecture with a design background in Hospitality (additional work in retail and multi-unit residential interiors is a plus). Excellent professional, presentation, and people skills. Self-starter who can multi-task and prioritize effectively. Ability to balance big-picture strategy with detailed design, development, scheduling, and budgeting. Minimum 5–8 years of professional experience, including 2–3 years in project management with completed CA. Proven experience managing schedules, projects, and design teams for interior projects. Experience producing sets from Schematic through Construction Documentation and performing Construction Administration, RFIs, and sub-coordination. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp/Rhino or 3D Max, InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator; English fluency required. Application Instructions
