How You Will Make An Impact Our guests expect luxury, value, and world-class service. As a

Service Support Specialist , you will be on the front lines of delivering elevated hospitality and ensuring each guest has a memorable experience to develop a loyal customer base. You will impact whether we become our guest’s favorite place to purchase, lease, or service their vehicle.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming phone calls in an extremely courteous, enthusiastic, and professional manner as part of our call center.

Schedule service reservations.

Identify guests’ needs, clarify information, and offer assistance and support.

Respond to guest inquiries via chat.

Qualifications

Demonstrate a high “HQ” (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness and optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity.

Be at least 18 years of age.

Effectively manage time to meet and exceed targets.

Have a strong desire to succeed.

Focus on providing customers an outstanding experience in every interaction.

Enjoy a fast‑paced environment that includes working with a high volume of phone calls, chats, and email inquiries.

Multi‑task (e.g., finish emails or chat sessions while taking calls).

Organize efficiently.

Develop and maintain the knowledge base required to properly assist guests in a fast‑growing company.

De‑escalate a guest interaction.

Work as a team player and uphold the company’s standards of professionalism and integrity.

Communicate effectively.

Experience with CDK Service Edge is a plus.

Be punctual, dependable, with scheduling flexibility.

Pass a criminal background check.

Physical Requirements

Stand and walk: Attendants spend significant time on their feet, walking around the dealership lot and moving vehicles.

Lift and push: Must lift up to 50 lbs of equipment and push cars, often in tight spaces.

Reach, bend, and stoop: Frequently reach, bend, and stoop to access vehicle doors and features.
