Our client is seeking a
Quality Manager
to lead their Quality Department and ensure compliance with the highest standards of product safety and operational excellence. This is a hands-on leadership role that will oversee our quality management systems, mentor a skilled team, and work cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Quality Department, ensuring adherence to ISO-9001, GMP, and ISO-13485 standards. Serve as the point of contact for annual audits, quality system management, and compliance with FDA regulations (21 CFR Part 820.180 & 820.198). Mentor and develop a team of engineers, technicians, and inspectors. Collaborate with Operations, Advanced Manufacturing, Sourcing, Sales, and Engineering to identify and resolve quality-related issues. Establish, monitor, and improve KPIs related to product and process quality. Conduct inspections and audits of products and services throughout the production cycle. Analyze quality data to identify trends and recommend corrective/preventive actions. Partner with suppliers to ensure incoming materials meet standards. Prepare and present quality reports and metrics to senior leadership. Lead training programs on quality control processes, protocols, and best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline required. Minimum 5+ years of quality management experience in a GMP or ISO-certified environment. Strong knowledge of ISO 13485 audit processes and regulatory compliance. Proven leadership experience with the ability to guide and motivate diverse teams. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional stakeholders. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive improvements.

Our client is seeking a
Quality Manager
