Oversee all aspects of personal injury cases from initial intake through trial or settlement. Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare legal arguments. Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel, ensuring the best possible outcome for clients. Represent clients in court, presenting evidence and arguments clearly and persuasively. Develop case strategies based on facts and client goals. Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed about case progress and addressing questions. Collaborate with legal team members to ensure seamless case management. Stay updated on developments in personal injury law and apply knowledge to benefit clients. Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active member of the State Bar in good standing. Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Personal Injury Attorney. Experience in trial practice, negotiation, case management, legal writing, legal research, and document drafting. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate complex information into clear written and verbal communication. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of favorable settlements. Exceptional case management skills with the ability to handle a high caseload while maintaining quality work. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and ethics. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients. Passionate about providing superior client service and achieving the best outcomes. Benefits
