Our practice groups have openings for defense litigators with experience across areas including Employment, Complex Commercial, Construction, Healthcare, Professional Liability, Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith, Environmental, Toxic Tort, Product Liability, and General Liability. Candidates must be driven team players with excellent litigation, writing and persuasive speaking skills, strong academic backgrounds and proven research abilities, and be self-starters who can handle assignments with minimal supervision. Trial experience is preferred but not required. Candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice in the State of Mississippi.
