Fuse3 is seeking an attorney with personal injury law experience in Oklahoma City. The Associate Attorney will work directly with clients, manage case files, conduct legal research, draft pleadings and motions, and represent clients in settlement negotiations and, when necessary, in court. This position is ideal for an attorney who is passionate about helping injured individuals and thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Responsibilities
Manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution. Conduct client interviews and maintain consistent communication throughout the case. Draft pleadings, discovery requests, motions, and settlement demands. Conduct depositions, attend hearings, mediations, and trials as needed. Perform legal research and prepare case strategies. Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and insurance representatives. Collaborate with support staff to ensure cases progress efficiently. Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in Oklahoma. 1–3+ years of experience in personal injury litigation preferred. Strong oral advocacy, negotiation, and legal writing skills. Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines with attention to detail.
