Responsibilities
Drafting and reviewing legal documents for second level review of the Supervising Attorney Organize case files, track legal deadlines and coordinate with paralegals and legal assistants on case logistics Shadow a senior or supervising attorney for appearances in Mediation, Court, and Sheriff’s Sales Assist in preparation in advance of appearances Collaborate with members of the state team Actively participate in weekly state meetings Engage with Supervising Attorney in a one-on-one weekly meeting
Requirements
J.D., licensed and in good standing in all jurisdictions Ability to work with others in a congenial and team-oriented manner Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and be adaptable to continual change Excellent verbal and written communication skills
