We seek your support to continue providing these vital resources. Requirements Process protests in accordance with FAR and agency requirements, resolving complaints appropriately. Apply remedies to protect the Government's rights under noncommercial item contracts. Investigate, analyze, and manage disputes/protests; negotiate resolutions; prepare Contract Officer’s decisions. Determine, recommend, and execute contract terminations when in the best interest of the Government; engage with vendor senior leadership. Brief senior FBI leadership and advise on complex acquisition matters. Develop and manage a collaborative acquisition team for complex contract awards. Lead proactive vendor engagement and outreach. Review acquisition strategies via the Procurement Strategy Review (PSR). Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college. Top Secret Clearance (can sponsor). Six (6+) years of relevant contracting experience. FAC-C Level III or DAWIA Level III certification preferred. Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage.
