A highly respected AmLaw 100 law firm client is seeking a skilled
Trademark Paralegal
to join a dynamic IP team in its Atlanta office. This is a key in-office position working closely with other paralegals in Atlanta supporting a core group of five attorneys, as well as others across the U.S. The ideal candidate will have solid trademark prosecution experience including: Managing a full docket of trademark-related deadlines Conducting in-house trademark screening searches on the TESS, SAEGIS, Corsearch, and WIPO Global Brand Database Preparing and filing U.S. trademark applications, renewal applications, non-substantive office action responses, use declarations, extensions of time, and other USPTO filings Filing documents with the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and preparing non-substantive procedural filings for filing with the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board Preparing and filing international applications and extensions of international registrations with the World Intellectual Property Office (WIPO) Copyright and trademark litigation experience a plus Experience with Anaqua or other docketing software This is a terrific opportunity to join a collaborative and nationally respected IP group. Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Compensation: $100,000-$120,000 per year
