This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Attorney located in Las Vegas, NV. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for all day to day aspects of a file including Court appearances development of case strategy and defense preparation of written motions and discovery and trial preparation including strategy discussions, client interviews, witness preparation, and preparation of direct and cross examination.
