We are seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney to join our growing practice and handle a diverse caseload of litigation matters. Responsibilities
Represent clients in all aspects of insurance defense litigation, including general liability, construction defect, auto/trucking, and premises liability matters. Manage cases from inception through resolution, including drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, mediations, and trial preparation. Provide strategic legal counsel to clients and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and effective case management. Collaborate with partners and team members while independently managing deadlines and case strategy. Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school; admission to the Florida Bar in good standing. 3+ years of insurance defense litigation experience. Strong research, writing, and courtroom skills. Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and work both independently and collaboratively. Courtroom experience preferred but not required. Interested in hearing more?
