Chemical Scale-Up Technician
to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in chemical processing and a passion for translating lab-scale innovations into full-scale manufacturing. You’ll bridge the gap between R&D and production, ensuring processes are safe, efficient, and scalable. Location: New Jersey (New Brunswick area). This is a full-time opportunity within the Semiconductor Assembly Supply Chain division. What will you be doing?
Support Scale-Up Activities: Assist in scaling chemical processes from laboratory to pilot and production scale, ensuring reproducibility and safety. Operate Equipment: Set up, operate, and maintain reactors, mixers, filtration systems, and other chemical processing equipment. Data Collection & Analysis: Record process parameters, monitor reactions, and analyze results to optimize performance. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve process issues during scale-up trials, working closely with engineers and chemists. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of procedures, observations, and outcomes for regulatory and internal reporting. Safety & Compliance: Follow strict safety protocols and ensure compliance with environmental and quality standards. Who are you?

Technical Knowledge: Understanding of chemical engineering principles, reaction kinetics, and process equipment. Hands-On Experience: Prior experience in chemical manufacturing, pilot plant operations, or lab-scale synthesis. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot equipment and process issues independently. Communication Skills: Clear written and verbal communication for reporting and collaboration. IT & Data Skills: Familiarity with data logging systems, spreadsheets, and basic analytical tools. Regulatory Awareness: Knowledge of GMP, ISO, or other relevant standards is a plus. We are Offering
